Cancellation Policy:
WEB RATE
*Flexible - 7 days:
Nights of December 6-7, 2025.
Nights of December 24, 2025 to January 5, 2026.
Night of January 10th, Saturdays in February
Holy Week 2026.
- Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date. If they cancel within 7 days of the arrival date, they will be charged the full price of the reservation. If they do not show up, they will be charged the full price of the reservation.
- The customer will be required to pay the full price of the reservation in advance at any time.
*Flexible - 2 days:
Fridays and Saturdays of December 2025, January, March and April 2026.
- Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to two days before the arrival date. If they cancel within two days of the arrival date, they will be charged the first night's stay. If they don't show up, they will be charged the full price of the reservation.
- The client will be required to pay the full price of the reservation in advance within 2 days prior to the arrival date.
*Flexible - 24 h:
Rest of dates.
- Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival. Guests will be charged the first night's rate if they cancel within 24 hours of arrival or in the event of a no-show.
- No advance payment required.
OTHER RATES
- Non-Refundable Rate and Package with Caldea Admission: cannot be modified or cancelled, as this will result in a penalty of 100% of the reservation cost.
- These rates require a non-refundable deposit of 100% of the total reservation.
Booking conditions:
- Taxes included
- Your credit card will be used to guarantee your reservation. You must bring it to the hotel as proof of payment.
- Payment will be made at the hotel except for: Non-refundable reservations, hotel + activity reservations or reservations with discounts, reservations on holidays, long weekends, Christmas, New Year's Eve, Three Kings' Day.
- If payment is due at the time of booking confirmation, the hotel will charge through a payment gateway (virtual POS) where the guest can pay instantly via credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
- The hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation if the terms and conditions are not met or payment is not received by your arrival date.
