WEB RATE
*Flexible - 14 days:
Nights from December 26, 2023 to January 4, 2024
- The client can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date. The client will have to pay the full price of the reservation if they cancel during the 14 days before the arrival date. If the client does not show up, they will have to pay the full price of the reservation.
- The client will have to pay in advance the total price of the reservation during the 14 days before the arrival date.
*Flexible - 7 days:
Nights of 4-5-6-7-8-9 December 2023.
Nights of December 22-23-24-25, 2023.
Nights of January 5-6, 2024.
Nights of 03/28-29-30-31/2024.
- The client can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date. The client will have to pay the full price of the reservation if they cancel during the 7 days before the arrival date. If the client does not show up, they will have to pay the full price of the reservation.
- The client will have to pay in advance the total price of the reservation at any time.
*Flexible - 5 days:

Night of 02/03/2024
Nights from 02/09 to 02/17/2024
Night of 02/24/2024
- The client can cancel the reservation for free up to 5 days before the arrival date. The client will have to pay the full price of the reservation if he cancels within 5 days before the arrival date. If the client does not show up, they will have to pay the full price of the reservation.
- The client will have to pay in advance the total price of the reservation during the 5 days before the arrival date.
*Flexible - 2 days:
Rest of dates.
- The client can cancel the reservation for free up to 2 days before the arrival date. The client will have to pay the price of the first night if they cancel during the 2 days before the arrival date or in case of no-show.
- From Sunday to Thursday from October 15 to 26 and from November 5 to 9, cancellation without penalty up to 24 hours before the client's arrival, after this period or in case of no-show the hotel may bill 100% of the first night of the reservation.
- No advance payment required.
OTHER RATES
- Non-Refundable Rate and Package with entrance to Caldea: cannot be modified or cancelled, it would entail a penalty of 100% of the cost of the reservation.
- These rates require a non-refundable deposit of 100% of the total reservation.
Reservation conditions:
- Taxes included
- Your credit card will be used to guarantee the reservation. You must take it to the hotel as a check.
- Payment will be made at the hotel except: Non-refundable reservations, hotel reservations + activities or reservations with discounts, reservations on holidays, long weekends, Christmas, New Year's Eve, Kings.
- If there is a payment at the time of confirmation of the reservation, the hotel will charge through a payment gateway (virtual POS) where the client can pay instantly via credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
- The hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the stipulated terms are not met or payment is not received before the date of arrival at the hotel.
